3.4 We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue products without notice;

  • Limit quantities per customer;

  • Refuse orders at our sole discretion.

 

4. Orders and Contract Formation

4.1 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

 

4.2 A legally binding contract is formed only when we send you an Order Confirmation email.

6. Delivery

6.1 Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

 

6.2 Risk passes to you upon delivery.

 

6.3 Ownership of goods passes only when full payment is received.

7.3 You must return goods within 14 days of cancellation.

 

7.4 You are responsible for return postage unless goods are faulty.

 

7.5 For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened cosmetic products;

  • Used items;

  • Products with broken hygiene seals.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

8. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

8.1 Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be:

  • Of satisfactory quality;

  • Fit for purpose;

8.2 If goods are faulty, you are entitled to:

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

10.2 Subject to clause 10.1, we shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits or business;

  • Loss arising from misuse of products.

 

10.3 Our total liability shall not exceed the price paid for the product.
