LOVEMEBEAUTIFUL Affiliate Policy Agreement

Company Name: Black Isle Holdings Limited (T/A LOVEMEBEAUTIFUL)

 

This Affiliate Policy Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions for individuals or entities ("Affiliate") participating in the LOVEMEBEAUTIFUL Affiliate Program.

 

By accepting products, promotional materials, or compensation from LOVEMEBEAUTIFUL, the Affiliate agrees to the following terms:

 

1. Purpose of the Affiliate Program

The LOVEMEBEAUTIFUL Affiliate Program is designed to promote the LOVEMEBEAUTIFUL brand, products, and website through authentic, timely, and professional online marketing efforts.

 

2. Promotion Timeline Requirement

  • Affiliates must publish promotional content within 30 calendar days of receiving the product.

  • Promotional content must be posted on the Affiliate’s approved digital platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, blog, etc.).

  • Failure to post within 30 days may result in:

    • Removal from the affiliate program

    • Ineligibility for future collaborations

    • Suspension of commissions

If unforeseen circumstances arise, Affiliates must notify LOVEMEBEAUTIFUL in writing before the 30-day deadline.

 

3. Website Reference Requirement

All promotional content must:

  • Clearly reference the official LOVEMEBEAUTIFUL website.

  • Include a direct, clickable link to the company website where possible.

  • Direct followers to purchase products exclusively through the official website.

  • Avoid directing customers to unauthorized third-party retailers.

The official website must be listed as:

4. Brand Representation

Affiliates agree to:

  • Represent LOVEMEBEAUTIFUL in a professional, positive, and ethical manner.

  • Provide honest opinions and authentic experiences.

  • Avoid false claims regarding product performance.

  • Not make medical, therapeutic, or unverified claims about products.

LOVEMEBEAUTIFUL reserves the right to request edits or removal of content that does not align with brand standards.

 

5. Content Guidelines

Affiliate content must:

  • Clearly disclose the partnership in compliance with FTC guidelines (e.g., #ad, #affiliate, #sponsored).

  • Avoid offensive, misleading, or inappropriate material.

  • Not use copyrighted music, imagery, or content without permission.

  • Not modify the LOVEMEBEAUTIFUL logo or branding without approval.

 

6. Commission & Compensation

  • No commissions or compensations will be paid, the affiliate/brand rep is gifted items in return for promoting the brand.

  • LOVEMEBEAUTIFUL reserves the right to withhold payment in cases of fraud, misuse, or breach of this Agreement.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All brand assets, logos, product names, and marketing materials remain the sole property of LOVEMEBEAUTIFUL. Affiliates are granted limited, non-exclusive permission to use approved materials solely for promotional purposes.

 

8. Termination

LOVEMEBEAUTIFUL reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate relationship at any time for:

  • Failure to promote within 30 days

  • Misrepresentation of products

  • Violation of brand guidelines

  • Harmful or unethical conduct

Upon termination, the Affiliate must cease use of all LOVEMEBEAUTIFUL branding immediately. The affiliate/brand rep is liable to cover costs of the products and shipping should they breach this agreement.

 

9. Agreement Acceptance

By participating in the LOVEMEBEAUTIFUL Affiliate Program and accepting products, the Affiliate acknowledges and agrees to comply with this Policy.
